About VITEEE 2021
VITEEE 2021- Vellore Institute of Technology will conduct the VITEEE 2021 exam from June 18 to 26. The VITEEE 2021 application form was released on November 30 and is available online on the official website vit.ac.in. VIT Engineering entrance exam or VITEEE is conducted as a computer-based test (CBT) for B.Tech admissions into various VIT campuses i.e. in VIT Vellore, Bhopal, Chennai, and Andhra Pradesh respectively. Candidates interested in pursuing engineering at VIT will have to appear in the VITEEE entrance exam 2021.

Class 12 students having 60% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology or appearing candidates are eligible to apply for VITEEE 2021 exam. VIT Vellore will declare the VITEEE result online on the official website- vit.ac.in. In order to check the result, candidates need to use the VITEEE login window. - In 2021, JEE Main scores will also be accepted for admission in VIT.
- As per the VITEEE syllabus 2021, there are 5 sections in question paper that are Mathematics / Biology, Physics, Chemistry, General Aptitude, and English.
- A total of 125 multiple choice questions will be asked in VITEEE exam 2021.
- For each correct answer, 1 mark will be awarded. VITEEE 2021 has no negative marking.
- VITEEE 2021 admit card will be available for those who will book their slots on time.
- VITEEE counselling shall be conducted in offline mode.

How to fill VITEEE Application Form 2021 online?
- 1st Step - VITEEE 2021 Registration – Visit the official website- vit.ac.in and click on the new registration link for B.Tech admissions. Candidates will have to register by providing their name, date of birth, gender, nationality, mobile number, and email id. The login password will be sent by the authorities into the registered email id of candidates.

- 2nd Step - Filling of VITEEE 2021 Application Form – After completing the VIT registration 2021, the next step requires filling the application form. Candidates will have to provide information about their personal, educational, qualifying exam, and contact details. After all these details are submitted, the application number will be generated.
- 3rd Step - Payment of VIT Application Fee – The candidates have to pay the required application fee through net banking/credit card/debit card.

The VIT Vellore has released the eligibility criteria for VITEEE 2021 on the official website. Candidates should satisfy the VITEEE eligibility criteria before applying VIT engineering entrance exam 2021. As per the VITEEE exam eligibility, Indian nationals, NRI and foreign national candidates are eligible for the VITEEE exam 2021. Below are the complete VIT eligibility criteria 2021.
VITEEE 2021 Eligibility Conditions
- Nationality – The candidates should be Resident/Non-Resident Indian National. PIO and OCI holders will also be eligible for the VITEEE exam 2021. However foreign nationals can apply through the foreign category only.
- Age Limit – Candidates born on or after July 1, 1999, are eligible for VITEEE 2021.
- Qualifying Examination – Candidates should have passed or should be appearing in the year 2021 in any of the following examinations:
- 10+2 of Higher Secondary Exam conducted by the State Board; Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), The Council for Indian School Certificate Examination (ISCE).
- Intermediate or Two year Pre-University Exam conducted by a recognized Board/University.
- High School Certificate Exam of the Cambridge University or International Baccalaureate Diploma of the International Baccalaureate Office, Geneva.
- General Certificate Education (GCE) examination (London/Cambridge/Sri Lanka) at the Advanced (A) level.
- NIOS candidates will also be eligible for VITEEE 2021.
- JEE Main / SAT Score Card (If applicable)
- VITEEE 2021 Qualifying Marks – Candidates should have secured at least an aggregate of 60% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology in the qualifying exam (50% for reserved categories of SC and ST/ Jammu and Kashmir/ Ladakh and the North-Eastern states).

VIT Vellore will release VITEEE admit card online on the official website after completing the VITEEE exam 2021 slot booking, candidates will be able to access their VITEEE admit card 2021. The admit card will contain the VITEEE exam date and time, time of reporting, venue, candidate's roll number, etc.
Candidates will be required to produce the admit card of VITEEE 2021 along with a photo identity proof. Candidates who are unable to produce the VITEEE admit card shall not be allowed to appear in the VITEEE exam 2021. The slot booking is the process to book the slots for VITEEE exam 2021 as per their preference and generate their admit cards. Candidates will be able to select the exam city, time, and VITEEE exam date while booking a slot for VITEEE 2021. The authorities will start VITEEE slot booking in online mode.
The VITEEE slot booking shall open through Online Test Booking System (OTBS). Candidates may note that the slot booking of VITEEE 2021 has to be accomplished as soon as possible as slots shall be allotted on a first come first serve basis. VIT Vellore is expected to announce the VITEEE result in July 2021 tentatively. The result of VITEEE 2021 shall be declared online through the official website in the form of a rank list. Candidates will also be able to check their individual results by logging into the candidate portal using the using application number and password.
The exam authorities will prepare the VITEEE result 2021 based on the marks secured by the candidates in the Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics sections. An Equipercentile Equating procedure is followed by the authorities in order to calculate the VITEEE 2021 result. On the basis of the ranks obtained in the entrance examination, candidates will be called up to participate in the counselling and seat allotment process.

Mode of Counselling: Offline
VIT is expected to commence the VITEEE counselling in July 2021. The VITEEE 2021 counselling will be conducted in offline mode and candidates will have to be physically present at the date and venue as specified by the authorities. Students need to take all necessary documents along with them while going to appear for the counselling and seat allotment process.
The VITEEE counselling process will start with online registration. All candidates having their names in the VITEEE 2021 rank list will have to log in and fill choices of course and college during registration. The allotment of seats will be on the basis of the rank list and the choices made by candidates during registration. It may be noted that to confirm the seat allotted, candidates will also be required to submit 50% amount of the admission fee during VITEEE 2021 counselling.

- VITEEE 2021 admit card
- VITEEE 2021 counselling call letter

- 10th standard certificate (as a proof of age)
- 10+2 (or equivalent) qualifying examination mark sheet
- Category certificate (if applicable)
- Demand draft for Rs 50,000 drawn in favour of ‘VIT University’, payable at Vellore.
- Copy of Aadhaar card

- Undertaking form
- Migration certificate
